Refund Policy Period
Our refund policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items must also be in their original packaging.

When returning an item, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at service@cavoyak.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return.
Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver sent the item to themselves first and then gave it to you, the refund will be issued to the gift purchaser, who will receive the return notification.
Shipping Instructions
You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items over £75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
