Shipping Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a separate email notification.
Depending on the logistics provider and delivery location, items typically arrive 10–20 business days after dispatch.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number to check your delivery status.
Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update.

If you have not received your package within 14 days of receiving your dispatch confirmation email, please contact us at service@cavoyak.com, providing your name and order number, and we will investigate.
Estimated delivery time: 10–20 days.

Tracking information may be sent manually by us; if your order was placed via Shopify, tracking information will be sent automatically by Shopify.
