How do I place an order?

Follow these steps to place an order:

  1. Add the product to your shopping cart.

  2. You can check out via our website or pay with PayPal.

    • For website checkout, click the green “Checkout” button on the right-hand side.

    • For PayPal, click the “PayPal” button.

  3. You will be directed to the Customer Information page, where you need to provide:

    • Email address

    • Name

    • Shipping address

  4. If you have a discount code, enter it in the “Discount” field on the right-hand side and click “Apply” to activate it.

  5. Click “Continue to Shipping Method” and confirm your shipping address (if different from your billing address).

  6. Click “Continue to Payment Method”, enter your payment information, and choose whether your billing address matches your shipping address.

  7. Once complete, click “Complete Order. You will see an order summary and confirmation, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

What if my order is missing items or I received the wrong product?

If items are missing or you received the wrong product, please email service@cavoyak.com.
Provide your Order Number and proof (image files under 1MB).
We will promptly resend the correct items free of charge, and you do not need to return the incorrect items—they are our gift to you.

How do I confirm that my order was successfully placed?

Once your order is successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Order Number and purchase details.

How can I modify my order?

Orders can be modified on the day they are placed, before 11:00 PM Pacific Time (PDT).
Send your modification request to service@cavoyak.com.

How do I add items to my cart?

Go to the product page, select your desired options, and click “Add to Cart”.
You will be redirected to the shopping cart page.
Enter the quantity in the “Quantity” field next to the product image, then continue shopping or proceed to checkout.

How do I view my shopping cart?

Click the Cart” icon at the top of the website. You can:

  • Update the quantity of each item.

  • Remove items by clicking “Remove”.

How do I remove an item from my cart?

Click the “Cart” icon in the top right corner, locate the item you want to remove, and click “Remove. The item will be deleted automatically, and the page will refresh.

How do I change the quantity of items in my cart?

Click the “Cart” icon and go to the shopping cart page.
Enter the new quantity in the “Quantity” field next to the product. The system will automatically update the total quantity and price.

How do I use a discount code?

  1. Add items to your cart and click Checkout”.

  2. Fill in your shipping information on the checkout page.

  3. Locate the “Discount” field in the top right corner.

  4. Enter your discount code and click “Apply”.

  5. Confirm the discount has been applied; the breakdown will appear at the bottom of the page.

How do I return an item?

What is your order cancellation policy?

Orders can be cancelled on the day they are placed, before 11:00 PM Pacific Time (PDT).
Cancellations after this time are not possible.
